The CW/P-1615TTF is designed for high-precision automatic marking and cutting of footwear-upper materials in modern shoe manufacturing.
The operator places the material roll on the machine. The system then pulls the material, performs high-speed ink marking, completes laser cutting and discharges the processed material.
The high-speed spray-valve system is suitable for high-temperature disappearing inks, water-soluble inks and optional fluorescent or permanent inks, depending on production needs.
Typical applications include sports shoes, casual footwear, safety shoes, children’s shoes and custom footwear. Supported materials include leather, PU, microfiber, mesh, textiles, EVA and flexible composite shoe materials.
